Pros:
So easy to manuever, goes anywhere
Cons:
Heavy, not a compact fold, small sunshade
|
|
We got the Runabout with the toddler seat for $420 at www.letsgostrolling. com. We LOVE our Valco! Now that DD will tolerate the stroller (for the first 4.5 months she hated being in any stroller) we thoroughly enjoy our Valco! It handles so nicely and can go anywhere! We mostly purchased it because of the toddler seat attachment...for whenever we have that 2nd child. The drawbacks include...~It's heavier than a mid-sized stroller, but we knew that going in so it isn't a big deal. I rarely have it in the car since we use it for walks at home. It is not our "mall" stroller.~It doesn't fold up very tight. I'm glad it doesn't spend much time in the car as it would take up too much room!~The canopy is small so we've supplemented with a Baby Trend sunshade which doesn't work very well. I would like to buy the add-on Valco sunshade.~I find the seat adjustments very archaic! They are done with zippers and belts. What is the deal with that? It doesn't matter too much though since DD just likes to sit straight up in it.Overall, we love our Valco and get use out of it everyday as we walk our neighborhood and our walking path.

Pros:
you can add a toddler seat to make it a double
Cons:
too large to fit in the trunk of a sedan
|
|
i love this stroller and use it as my double with the toddler seat attached. the only con is that it won't fit easily in the trunk of my car (saturn). concequently, i don't use it as often as i might. with a bigger car, i know i would use it all the time. it sets up easity, is stable and steers very well
