Hello all, I've read most of the reviews and alot of them I feel the same way I love and at the same time I hate the zapp. Their customer service is great. All they ask for a fax of the proof of purchace. But the one thing I feel I have been calling ALOT lately is to COMPLAIN about my RAIN COVER why would they do the straps out of velcro? If you attach the top as your getting ready to put together the bottom the top straps come apart. I also have the buzz the cover on that stroller is awesome!!! the whole stroller I'd rate it a 10 but this zapp ugh I am so annoyed with it here in NYC its cold and the cover gets real hard and does not stretch so what happens is that you tend to pull to hard then the straps end up to breaking I've ordered 2 rain cover, but customer services say that they have not heard anyone complain, please if anyone has this same problem please call 800-951-4113 maybe the cover can be revised....

Pros:
Compact fold, great steering
Cons:
straps aren't very adjustable
|

First of all, there is no storage and a smallish sunshade for this stroller. I knew this and it doesn't bother me, but it should be said for anyone wanting this stroller.I love this stroller, mainly because it does exactly what it said it would. I bought this for travel and to leave in my car. It is a second stroller, and I do not need recline, storage etc as I do have another stroller for that. It has a compact fold, which although not one handed, was very easy to get used to. It is not a lightweight stroller (about 16lbs), but it will fit in the overhead compartment on a plane. A big plus for me. The maneuverability is wonderful, easy to push and turn one handed. My son is 5 months old, and although he is a big boy, the shoulder straps start around his ears, so there is room for growth, but I wish the straps were more adjustable. The buckle is a little hard to open and close, but it may be for little houdini's out there like my DS

Pros:
Small Fold for Compact Cars
Cons:
No Basket, No Storage, High Price
|

Very interesting stroller; neat design, tiny fold, great steering; also has a decent sun canopy. Doesn't have any storage though! This is a great stroller for someone w/ a compact car; wouldn't use this stroller for alot of outside walking though. Also, the seat isn't adjustable.
