Pros: Design works great for non-twin siblings at various stages
Cons: Give up stroller storage space

We have this stroller and LOVE it! It's not as heavy as some reviews we read suggested, and the maneuverability and versatility are wonderful. Baby Bargains 6.0 mentioned that the toddler seat attaches to the back. Well, the extra seat attaches to the back, but it's for the younger one (6 mos and up). Maybe that's what was meant, but it was confusing to me when I read it. Of course, there's also the infant configuration where baby (under 6 mos) lays down under/behind the toddler (who is in the extra seat now attached to the front).

We reluctantly succumbed to a double stroller after baby #2 was three months old. Up until then, we couldn't part with the maneuverability and convenience of our Peg; baby #2 went everywhere in a Snugli. So at 3 months old and during winter, she was big enough that there wasn't much issue with rolling as she was bigger and layered in blankets. We were pleasantly suprised that this stroller is just as much of a breeze as our Peg. In fact, we wish we had bought it with baby #1 and skipped the Peg, since this one can be single- or double-stroller configuration. We spent just under $400 for it.

We have a few complaints, which are maybe common with three-wheel strollers? One is that our very tall 3-year-old could push down with his feet on the piece of canvas over the front wheel, making it hard to push the stroller. When his feet were on the metal frame, no problem. Also, as he got taller there became a safety issue if I turned sharply and his foot was between the frame and the front wheel. However, those issues indicated we were ready to switch back to the Peg, where he could stand on the back or walk as he pleased while our 1-year-old rides.

Considering we went out pretty much daily for the year this stroller was most heavily used, I consider about $1 a day perfectly reasonable for maintaining my sanity!

Pros: Cool looking stroller in theory
Cons: Fold, too many tricks for one stroller

I lusted after this stroller. I waited almost four MONTHS for it to arrive in preparation for my second DD.

It arrived, I put it together and it took me over an HOUR to figure out how to fold it. It turns out that the pin was stuck. I was assured by the retailer that it would "loosen". Uh. NOPE. I got stuck in a parking lot with two screaming kids trying to fold the stroller again. After 40 minutes, I got it, hurt my wrist, shoved it in the trunk and had enough.

It also arrived with two flat tires.

The toddler seat was also nearly impossible to install in the front. The frame had to be pulled out (by wedging it against my foot) in order to get the seat in properly.

I love the concept of the stroller, but I think I prefer one trick ponies. Too many gadgets to worry about. You also lose almost all storage once the second kiddo is in the back.

Sadly, the E3v2 was a total bust for me. I know many others LOVE it. It just wasn't for us.

Pros: Versatile, Easy Fold, COOL, Great Steering, Narrow, Great CS
Cons: No Recline in doubles mode, No basket in doubles, heavy

I searched for the perfect double and this one is it for me! I bought it thinking if it didn't work for us in most situations, I would buy a more compact sbs, but that need has never arised. I use it mostly for shopping indoors and have gone everywhere that my single stroller can go. I know I would be much more limited by a sbs indoors. It's versatility can't be topped. I keep it in my SUV at all times and if I only have one of my girls with me, I use it as a single.

It also pushes easily and turns on a dime. I've used it outdoors quite a bit too and it works great in gravel and rough terrain. I have not found it to be tippy at all. If you don't like attention, this may not be the stroller for you. You will get stopped and people will stare. I'm seriously considering printing business type cards with the strollers names and website!

The biggest disadvantage is the lack of recline when in doubles mode. My toddler won't sleep in it unless it's reclined.

Pros: Two kids, single width, easy turning
Cons: Have to take off the back seat to fold

The e3 is a fantastic stroller for navigating NYC. It fits in many stores a SBS double cannot and turns on a dime. I use it for exercising with the front wheel locked and it is a great ride for both kids.

I have never had a problem with the fold, it collapses easily- even my husband can do it! My only wish was that I didn't have to remove the back seat to fold it, as I have to fold my stroller after each use. I have also never had a problem getting the back seat on or off.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality double that is only single wide!

Pros: Easy to maneuver, fits through doors, kids love it
Cons: Weight and space it takes up in the car

We have loved our E3 and I always recommend it when asked. The girls enjoy riding in it. Definitely needs a better canopy, but not everything is perfect!
