Pros:
Stroller is fairly light, folds compactly and full featured.
Cons:
The plastic parts scratch easily.
|
|
The peg perego p3 is an excellent stroller and can be your only stroller that will take you from the newborn to the toddler years. I love the narrow (umbrella) fold, and the umbrella handles, (good for hanging bags), the plush seats, the floating harness, (a harness not attached to the back, so my son can lean forward, but be safely strapped), the recline mechanism, (one handed and simple), the adjustable foot rest, and the toddler footboard. The canopy is also great, there is full coverage from rain or sun. The stroller is excellent for small grocery trips, the basket holds a fair amount, mall trips, outdoor recreation, (but not serious off roading) mall trips, drugstore, doctors, post office etc. The wheels are large enough to go over bumps, but small enough to manuver in tight spaces. This is a great all around stroller and my family loves it.
Also, the color combinations are really nice and I get compliments all the time. Some cons to the stroller are that the plastic parts get scratched, the cup holder is useless, (and is hard to put on and off), and the adjustable handles don't really add height. I am 5'2 and keep the handles in the highest position. Bottom line: this is a great all around stroller for parents who only want to buy one. I personally have a peg p3 and another all terrain stroller, but do not have a true lightweight like a maclaren. Yes, the stroller is a little expensive, but it is worth the price, and there are sales on older models.

Pros:
Well- padded seat, large canopy, snack tray, toddler step
Cons:
It's a little too big for public transportation
|
|
The P3 is by far my all-time favorite stroller - and I have owned 17 strollers! It works wonderfully well for both babies and toddlers, it's very well padded, folds up easily and takes up little space, it takes an infant carseat, and we love the snack tray. It is a fabulous mall stroller - the basket is a decent size and can be accessed even when the seat is reclined, plus you can hang shopping bags off the handles and it is not the least bit tippy. It also handles outside surfaces very well - I have used mine at the zoo numerous times and it has worked nicely. One of my favorite features is the toddler footboard. It is such a wonderful feature when we are out on long outtings for my oldest dd to hop on when she is tired - it has definitely helped to keep the peace on more than one occasion. Overall, I give the P3 2 very entheusiastic thumbs up!

Pros:
Other Mom's will envy you and great investment
Cons:
Hard to fold and Plasticky looking
|
|
After spending a length of time researching, I finally bought the stroller when DS was a year old. I wish I had sooner. The P3 is much better investment that you can use right from infancy to toddler-hood. Our initial cheap stroller was disappointing in so many ways where the P3 was a cut above. The P3 steered well, reclined in 3 different positions including an almost horizontal position. Additionally, the canopy is adjustable and it can provide shade without spending the extra $$ on an add-on. Imagine being able to spend a whole day out with baby out and about with his dinning and bedroom. Eating in the indispensable snack tray and then reclining the sleeping baby for comfort. The size of the basket hasn't really bothered me though it took getting used to transitioning from my previous el cheapo large basket Combi. The fold isn't the easiest on this stroller as you need two free hands. In comparison, my friend's Zippy folds up in a snap. Sometimes the unfolding of the stroller isn't as easy either as the handle bars need to be negotiated to snap in place. Another gripe is the appearance of the stroller. I guess I expect a bit more for a sticker price of $300. A little less plasticky perhaps. Although the red of the Metallica does help detract from the plasticky look of the stroller. Overall, a thumbs up for this stroller. Don't wait as long as me to buy it as you can get more out of the stroller that I did. BUY IT!!!

Pros:
Maneuverable, lightweight, baby loves it!
Cons:
Can be hard to collapse
|
|
Great stroller, we paid ~ $260 from Babycenter.com. Definately worth the money, as we live in urban center and use it daily! Very maneuverable, easy to use immediately post-partem. Baby loves the stroller both on its own, and riding in the Peg car seat as well. The new "universal car seat adapter" seems cheap tho - it is a strap you place across the car seat. Otherwise fantastic stroller

Pros:
Light, steers on the dime, comfy
Cons:
feet once in awhile kick back wheels, but not bad
|
|
This stroller is so silky soft. Baby loves it over all others. Glides like on air. Can't say enough good about it. Folds up very compact and is very light weight. Not the worlds greatest one hand fold but it does ok for me thanks to all the other features.
You can load a ton of packages on the handles without tipping it. Super great shade.
