Pros:
Easy to maneuver, one hand recline, plush ride, HAPPY BABY!
Cons:
Basket hard to access, a little bulky.

I have been very happy with my Peg Pliko P3. My daughter loves it. We keep it in our living room because she always wants to sit in it - I take that as a very good sign. We use this stroller all over our neighborhood and it handles smoothly, even over the roughest sidewalks. We regularly take it on 3-4 mile walks and it has stood the test of miles and time. My only complaints are that it is a little bit heavy and slightly bulky for travel (and we travel a lot, so we had to buy a small umbrella stroller for that). But, I have yet to find a smaller stroller with all of the features the Peg Perego has to offer. I only wish they had a double as great as this one!

Pros:
Easy to steer 1 hand, easy fold, light, smooth ride
Cons:
Small cup holder, bag hard to access
|
|
Paid $223 through military AAFES website.I use the stroller for walks in the neighborhood. It's very smooth. Also, very easy to maneuver at the mall especially between close racks. I too get lots of looks being able to move the stroller with one hand. The fold is very quick and easy...it can be done with one hand. From fold to use, is easy as well. To me it is lightweight. Very durable. The fabric is a good quality. The hood is not flimsy either. The cup holder fits a small water bottle. And the bag is hard to access from behind. Much easier from the sides but not as easy as say Graco. But I use a Skip Hop with my P3 and it solves al my needs.

Pros:
Useful snacktray, large canopy, easy steering
Cons:
Bulky fold, difficult basket access
|
|
Overall, I am extremely happy with the P3. It is a very good all-around stroller and suited for many purposes. We use it for mall-crawling, errands, and traveling. I especially like the snack tray that has a cupholder for the child. The canopy provides good sun protection and the seat seems very cushioned. It steers very easily, even with a heavy toddler, although the steering is not very good in slush and snow.I do think that the fold is rather bulky. It takes up quite a bit of room in my car and I sometimes have trouble with the fold "latching" into place. The basket is actually roomy, but it can be difficult to access since you have to access it from the side. The plastic has scratched some, and one of the plastic pieces on the side keeps popping off. But functionally, it works great, despite the fact that I treat it fairly roughly.

Pros:
Lightweight, steers w/ one hand, well-made, comfortable.
Cons:
Harness attachment is odd, need 2 hands to open/close.

After a lengthy search for the "perfect" stroller, I decided on the P3 in Synergy. This is definitely a "cadillac" in terms of strollers...beautiful, well-constructed, easy to handle, cushy for baby, nice comfy ride...and lightweight. The Synergy is soft and beautiful, and always looks brand new after cycle in the washing machine. The P3 also has a great snack tray with a spot for both drink and snacks. I wanted something to take me from baby to toddler, and I got it. The stroller is well-constructed, which offers a smooth ride on pavement or for mall-crawling. It's narrow in size and manuvers easily in stores, which is nice when shopping. One thing that bothers me about the stroller is the harness. It hooks onto the back of the seat in a way that comes off easily. My toddler can easily squirm out of this harness without unlocking it. It's not unsafe in the least for a baby, just easy for a toddler to get out if they really want...which is annoying. The parent cupholder popped off after closing it, and got in the way, so I just removed it. Opening and closing takes practice in the beginning, but once learned, it's very easy. The only thing is it takes two hands to do both. So, if you have an infant, you need to set him/her down to open/close the stroller. This is less of an issue for an older baby or toddler, because they can just stand while you open/close it.

Pros:
Sturdy and cozy, excellent steering
Cons:
Small sunshade when stroller is fully reclined.
|
|
I bought the P3 in 2003 and intended it to be my only stroller. My husband was apprehensive about the price but I convinced him by saying it would be used for future children too. I have been nothing but happy with the choice I made. The stroller is very well made and sturdy. I love the way it folds umbrella style and it is easy to steer one handed. The basket seems really tiny at first especially for those accustomed to American strollers. The trick is to access it from the side. It is surprising how much that little basket actually does hold. When my son was a newborn I would often use our Graco Snugride with the stroller. It fit very nicely. Now the P3 comes with an adaptor bar to allow many different types of infant carseats. The almost flat recline of the P3 makes it perfect for a newborn. The one downside I would say is that the sunshade will not go all the way down when the stroller is in full recline. When the seat is upright the sunshade goes all the way down to the bar. That comes in really handy on hot days. The flat recline is also great for quick diaper changes. The stroller has a great center of gravity. On a busy shopping day you can load up the handlebars with bags and bags and it won't tip over when you take your child out of the seat.A few more cons about the P3 - when the handlebars are fully extended they can feel a bit wobbly. Not a big deal but it does bother some people. The cupholder it comes with is also very tiny. You can get a bottle of water or can of soda in there but that's about it. Also, I wish the snack bar wasn't so plasticky. You can buy a padded napper bar in place though. At one point my snack tray cracked while in storage on an airplane. I called Peg Perego and they Fed Ex'd me a brand new one free of charge, no questions asked. I was very impressed with their customer service. The stroller has served me well. It was my one and only stroller for 16 months. I did finally buy an umbrella stroller for quick trips but I still use the P3 as my main stroller. The stroller has held up amazingly well and still looks to be in great condition. The seat cover is removable and washable, another huge plus. And to make my husband happy, I do plan on using this stroller with future children
