Good value for the price...best for walkers, not joggers!, June 10, 2005

Pros: Price
Cons: The seat recline is completely awkward and cumbersome.

I bought this stroller to keep in the garage and take out on neighborhood walks. I live in a suburb and after a few walks with my son in our rubber wheeled stroller, I thought he was going to get shaken baby syndrome! So I needed something with air tires to smooth out the ride. I already owned two other strollers, so I needed something cheap. This stroller fit the bill!!! At $100, it was the cheapest jogging stroller I could find that looked sturdy and well built. The stroller is pretty darn heavy, but I leave it in the garage and only take it out for walks in the neighborhood anyway. Unfortunately, I live in new england, so this stroller sat in storage all winter long...good thing it was cheap!

The Pro's: It's cheap. It's got air tires for a smoother ride. It comes with an air pump (an accessory you often have to pay for). It has a snack tray for baby with a steering wheel toy that my son loves. It has a cup holder for mommy and a CD case that I use to store keys. The basket is quite large. I haven't used it too much, but it is well built and it was very easy to assemble. Overall, it's a great value for the price.

The Con's: It's very heavy. I would not want this as my one and only stroller. No car seats can attach to this stroller and the recline does not go down far enough for an infant. I had to use a snuzzler with my son and I still didn't feel he was comfy and secure until he was over 6months old. The recline is just AWFUL on this stroller. I never use it. It is impossible to manuever with one hand and often times, it doesn't work with two! My baby is not super comfy in this stroller and snuzzlers and other padding has not seemed to help in that department. I wish the recline went back further...I think that would really make a difference.

Overall, this is a well priced terrain stroller that I would never use for jogging!

Pros: Sturdy, pushes easily over all terrain, good price
Cons: Heavy, bulky when folded, NOT a jogger

We got this stroller in Sept. 2003. We use it for things like walks, the zoo, the beach, etc. Its perfect for that! I love how easily this one pushes, and the parent tray is great to have. I have the one with the area for a CD Player, but I use that area for my keys and cell phone. My son has been in this stroller since he was about 2 weeks old. It does recline flat enough for a newborn - not completely flat, but its just a slight incline.

This stroller is very heavy, and is very bulky when folded. It will not fit into smaller car trunks. It does fit into my Camry just fine, once you know how to fit it in. Definitely not a stroller for in and out of the car for errands. It is also a pain to remember to recline the seat before folding it, or it doesn't fold all the way.

A great stroller if you want to go off the sidewalk, August 6, 2005

Pros: Smooth ride, can go on trails
Cons: Very Heavy & Bulky

Although this stroller is very heavy and bulky, it is the only stroller we use (for its the only one we own). It does fit in the trunk of a Toyota Corolla and Toyota Matrix, although there isn't much room for anything else. Despite these drawbacks, we love this stroller. We regularly take walks in parks and on well-trod trails, as well as go camping. I don't know of another stroller for this price that would allow us to do that. Our baby seems quite comfortable and enjoys our outings. He also enjoys the "car" toys (even without putting batteries in it). There is also a lot of storage room on the stroller. The stroller does pull a bit if you are on very rough terrain. My guess is that most off road strollers would do the same. The stroller has NO hand brakes and would be dangerous to use as a jogging stroller. If you want to jog, buy a stroller designed specifically for jogging.

Great Value for the Price!, September 1, 2005

Pros: 3 Air tires with front swivel wheel give great ride!
Cons: Plasticy accents, bulky when folded

We bought this in the summer of 2003 and it has been well worth what we paid (bought at BRU w/a coupon for $130). Having owned an MBUS, E3 V-2, and a Kiwi, I found the Jeep to be a great alternative for those looking to spend less $. Its seat is actually roomier and has more head room than my MBUS and E3 V-2, and it has some convenience features I prefer such as a parent tray, child tray (with removable steering wheel), pannier bags, large storage basket and one handed fold. Perfect for all those summer trips to amusement parks, boardwalk, fields, etc.

On the downside- because of the hard plastic foot well it is quite bulky when folded, and the drawstring seat recline (ala Peg Aria) is fussy. I also think the CD player is a waste and should be removed from the parent tray, making room to store keys etc.

But all in all, a great 3 wheel option at the price.

Pros: Very smooth ride and steers great
Cons: Bulky

This is a very nice stroller. For under $100 you can't beat it. Steers great, glides smooth. Soft padded nylon covered seat. Wheels have shocks that make the stroller tilt as you round a corner. Back of seat comes undone so you can let fresh air circulate through. Baby seems very very comfortable. Handle has a covered flip up box to put keys and cell phone in and a cup holder.
