Pros:
comfy for baby, cup holder, ease of steering
Cons:
bulky
|
|
My son is now 8 months old and we've been using this stroller since birth. He seems comfy in it whenever we go out. Used a friend's stroller one day and learned how happy I am that I got the metrolite. It's so much more lightweight and easy to steer than some out there. I think it ran about $200 for the stroller and car seat in tandem.

Pros:
It has everything, and it's cheap!
Cons:
A little wobbly at times, and the it's not considered trendy
|
|
I don't understand why everyone doesn't own this stroller. It has everything - different patterns, big accessible basket, child tray, parent drink holders, recline, and it's light. And it's cheap! Other than the fact that it wobbles a little bit if you're really rough with it, it's great! It's lasted 2 years so far with my first child, and i intend to use it fo my second.

Pros:
easy to use
Cons:
2003 model basket hard to access
|
|
I have a 2003 model graco metro lite which i think is great. it cost ~100 (stroller alone...already had carseat). it may not be the lightest in the world, but at ~17lbs, i could open as well as collapse it and put it in my accord all while holding dd. i have used it for 2 years with no problems. i would recommend it and would buy it again myself!

Pros:
Seems comfortable to sit or recline. Lots of storage room.
Cons:
Both rear wheels fell off. The part is backordered 8 weeks!
|
|
We had been very happy with this stroller. It can hold much cargo underneath and our daughter appears to have been comfortably able to sit or recline. A few months ago, the rear wheel fell off. I had heard of this happening with this model. I ordered a new part. Earlier this week the other rear wheel fell off. It isn't clear which part is missing and customer service is 8-5 M-F. I'd purchase an entirely new back wheel except that they are out of stock -- with backorder of at least 8 weeks! - seems we're not the only ones with this issue.
Also, the cupholders are very shallow. Else, ok stroller.

Pros:
Great price, works with Graco SnugRide
Cons:
Hard to steer
|
|
I purchased this stroller in 2003, and I have had absolutely no problems with it. I am preparing to use it with my second child. It's a little hard to steer, but considering we've been over MANY rough roads and sidewalks, it's still in great condition. It's not rickety or 'loose' feeling, still looks great too.
