Pros:
Versatility, sleek design, front and rear-facing
Cons:
Two-part fold, no cup-holders
|

I owned the frog for a little over a year now and still love its looks and features. I was a little worried about the frog becoming outdated with the production of cameleon and gecko after spending over $700 but now am glad I decided on the frog instead of the other two. Many people have problems with the frog's two-part fold system but I don't find it too difficult to open and close once you get the hang of it. I live in So. California and am always in and out of the car but don't have any complaints about its usage in the suburbs. I mostly stroll with it around malls, theme parks, markets, etc. and still love its smooth ride as well as its versatility. Yeah it doesnt have cup holders but I can live with that. In fact, I bought an Eddie Bauer stroller organizer at Target for $20 and it fits my bugaboo perfectly for additional storage. The basket isnt too big but I have no problem fitting all my necessities in there. Plus it closes securely to avoid anything falling out of it when its folded. I still love this bugaboo and believe that its definitely worth the money. I paid $729 with free shipping last year and still can't believe its still holding up its value. It proves that the frog is still a very popular model.

Pros:
form that follows function
Cons:
PRICE

I bought this on ebay and I paid $610 (with shipping), so I got a deal. I really like the ease of the sterring and the suspension. I also like all the configuration options. I did purchase the car seat adapter as well for the peg perego infant seat. It is great.
This stroller is so sturdy and looks so good that I foresee it being used for future children without looking worn or dated so I should get my $ out of it.

Pros:
Baby faces parent or outwards; Comfortable push; Good ride
Cons:
The Fold; No parent window on canopy; Skimpy canopy

I love my Bugaboo, but I wish the folding mechanism was easier. Because of the folding issue, I don't use the Bug in my car- I bought a Maclaren Quest for the car, which is great. However, for the price of the Bug, I wish it could do everything. I aslo wish that the canopy provided more coverage, and that there was a peek-a-boo window in the canopy so parents could check on the child without walking around the stroller. I paid $729

Pros:
Easy to use and so versatile
Cons:
Head turning quotient
|
|
My husband and I chose this stroller because we had heard it was the stroller that could do it all. It has exceeded all of our expectations. Encouraged by friends to use the Snap and go with an infant seat for the first few months, we hesitated to take our Frog out of the box. As soon as we set up our Frog though, the SNG became a thing of the past. The steering and ride on this stroller are so superior to other strollers we have tested. It is lightweight and very easy to use. It can handle a variety of terrains, from cobblestones to gravel, and steers like a dream in a crowded shopping mall. The reversible handlebar and ability to face baby in either direction is a wonderful feature for a new mom. It is incredibly easy to assemble. The only things that aren't perfect about this stroller in my opinion are the small basket, which is hard to reach once you pop the seat in, and the head turning quotient. If you live in an area as I do where bugaboos are not the norm, many people will comment on the stroller, even how they love it but "Oh my! the price!!". I'm sure there are people out there who welcome discussion of a more expensive than most stroller, but it is embarrassing to me. We don't travel with this stroller because of our concerns about airline handling, we use an umbrella stroller when we travel.

Pros:
adaptable, maneuverable and very comfy
Cons:
the chasis broke while flying
|
|
I miss my Frog dearly. I love my Frog. Originally the Frog was my only stroller... at $729 the stroller should be perfect for every occassion... but then I checked the chasis of my Frog with Virgin Airlines at the Gate. Upon arrival in London I was greeted by an apologetic airline employee who informed my chasis broke during flight. Virgin tried to get me a replacement chasis while in England but couldn't get one in less than 10 days so they sent me back to the US with a broken chasis and told me to get a new and be reimbursed (I'm still waiting for the $$$). However, it was easy to order a replacement chasis and it should arrive soon. I've been strolling my son around town in his Frog since he was about a week old. Initially I loved the bassinet feature. DS stayed warm and comfy while I walked to the grocery store, the bank, etc during the winter. The Frog also handled incredibly well in the snow. I also liked that I could attach my infant carrier to the chasis. I've now switched my son over the seat. He seems very comfy in it and I like that I can still recline him when he falls asleep. It is great that he can face me while walking since he is still so young (under 6 mos). I love how it handles and it is great for walking in the city on the brick sidewalks. Some people have commented on how small the storage bin is, but I don't find it to be a problem and I use the Frog to walk to the grocery store to do my weekly grocery shopping for a family of 4.The only drawback to it is that it doesn't travel well and it takes up a lot of room in the trunk. I have a Quinny Zapp for the mall and traveling. If my Frog hadn't broken while flying the score would have been a 10.
