Pros: beautifull long term , great color, sturdy, easy to move , holds a lot of suff, easy to convert
Cons: slats too small, son got legs caught one drawer sticks

I have read that there are issues with the Pali company, I have not had that experience< I did email them a question which they got back to me in no time at all. We love our crib set, it is the Blue Carrigan set forever crib with small dresser and dresser and hutch. Our crib also converts to a double bed and a toddler bed. Converting the bed to toddler was no problem, we have just moved and will be turning it into a double once the movers arrive. Our son is a crazy man and this set of course has worn but well worth its weight in gold. We are very pleased with the set and manner in which we obtained it, the price was affordable, and the color extravagant. We can not say enough about this set or the company. I just ordered a new set from an online dealer for my daughters room and will pray that I am as happy with it as I have been with the first one. I can stuff so much stuff into the drawers that I am surprised that my son allows me to use his drawers for misc, stuff. HA, I hope to have him use this set untill he leaves for college. Great economical choice in our world today.

Great Design - Poor Finish Quality, January 29, 2009

Pros: Great design attracted us to the Carrigan Series
Cons: Weak draw slides makes them uneven, finish is thin and easily damaged

I bought a crib & dresser set (Pali Carrigan Series) for my baby that is not even six months old. I thought that I should share that I find the quality of this furniture to be truly lacking. The drawers do not pull evenly and often stick. The espresso finish is really nothing much than a thin paint. I would have expected for over $1000 that this wood would have a deep lacquer that could withstand use. The edge of the dresser no longer has finish on it and the wood is so soft that it easily damaged. Another two years of use and this furniture will look too old for use. I should have spent a third of this price and bought a cheap set from a national chain and saved the difference for future purchases.

Pros: good quality furniture
Cons: My furniture arrived damaged and Pali refused to take it back claiming it was minor and repairable

I purchased the 4000 series, 5 drawer dresser, hutch and short 4 drawer dresser. When the hutch arrived it had a 1 inch by 1/2 inch chunk out of the wood on the top edge of the hutch. I told the delivery people to take the hutch back to the store as I did not want it in this condition. The store owner informed me Pali would not likely take the hutch back for this problem. I found this hard to believe and I contacted Michelle at Pali by email. I tried to call but never got a call back. Michelle told me she contacted the owner of the store and said the damage was minor and could be repaired and pali would not take back the hutch. I found this outrageous. It was clearly damaged and came from the factory like this because I watched the guys unpack it and they did not damage it. I emailed Michelle back and asked her how could Pali expect me to take something damaged as I paid full price and I wanted what I paid for, an undamaged piece of furniture. I also pointed out if you bought a new TV and it was damaged would you except the store sending out a repairman to fix it? Heavens NO!!! Michelle did not respond to my final email, just blowing me off at this point. I would not recommend Pali to anyone unless they are ok accepting damaged furniture. Also you can't talk to anyone on the phone and the customer service is very poor.

Pros: Solid Furniture
Cons: Customer Service

I've owned the Rosalia crib since 2005 and have noticed that the screws were stripping. I contacted the customer service department to find out how to order a few extra parts.

First of all, they have a phone number but never answer it and they have a message that discourages people to call. They seem to encourage people to communicate via email.

After emailing, I got a response that they won't replace or sell individual screws or bolts, but I could purchase a complete Hardware Kit for $65. (that's alot of money for a couple of screws!) They also requested that I send them my credit card info via email (which I don't feel comfortable doing).

I like our crib, but would certainly warn anyone thinking of purchasing one in the future.

Pros: beautiful, rich colors, clean lines, sturdy hardware
Cons: you guessed it - the price

We have the Pali Lily crib in cognac from 2005. It was in stock at Lullaby Lane the weekend of their big sale - I think we paid $700 +tax. They were nice enough to store it for us in their wharehouse for 3 mos. until the nursery was ready.

This crib is sturdy and has held up very well for us so far. The hardware is tight fitting and the crib is rock solid. The drop side is smooth and quiet compared to many we tried at all price ranges.

My only complaint would be that the wood is just soft enough that the mobile bracket has left small mars/indentations on the surface of the rail. Thus the A-, rather than an A.

I would buy this crib again.
