Every week we are told it will arrive next week, this week they told us two more weeks, our baby is due this week and still do not have the furniture. We have been waiting for 18 weeks now. Company claims they deliver every two weeks, apparently not so!!!!! Buy from someone else!!!!

We ordered the Emily in black from the Baby Center Store ($335.00) and were pleased to have the crib delivered within 10 days in perfect condition, except for one damaged barrel nut. I decided to bypass the Baby Center Store and went directly to the Million Dollar Baby web cite and followed the instructions for a replacement part. I waited over 2 weeks for a reply (I had to communicate via email) and did still did not receive one, so then I emailed the customer service dept (the first time I emailed the parts dept). I waited another week and still got no reply, so I called the Baby Center Store and they imediately took care of the problem. I received the replacement nut within 5 days and was unable to determine if Million Dollar Baby sent it without the intervention of the Baby Center or if the Baby Center was just that quick. Ultimately, we are very pleased with the product and have received tons of compliments, but I am very glad I didn't purchase straight from Million Dollar Baby, due to their lack of service.

We purchased a crib from a local dealer who said it would be dlivered in about a week. We then found out that it was on back order. The customer service people at Million Dollar Baby went out of their way to find one at another store and had it transfered for us. Great products and really nice people.

We paid about $400 for the combo unit, which seemed to be a good deal compared to other manufacturers that had combos for around $600. We ordered it through an independent store and got it from MDB within a week, which was great because the baby was due in 2 weeks. We are happy with the quality-- smooth drawer glides, etc.-- but don't like the knots in the wood. The store had it in a cherry finish and we ordered it in a natural finish, so did not know that the wood would look so knotty. All in all, very happy with our purchase.

I wonder if the matress is too soft

 We purchased the Da Vinci Emily Crib in Honey Oak from dreamtimebaby.com It arrived in less than ten days and was assembled in less than twenty minutes by my husband and I. I bought the foam matress made by Da Vinci because it seemed to me that the worst headache when it comes to matresses is when they don't properly fit the crib. It fits perfectly obviously. Now I wonder if the matress is too soft. How soft is too soft?
