Pros: Great quality furniture
Cons: Very expensive

This furniture is great quality. My MIL and Mom bought this set for my first child (crib, armoire and dresser). They told us to get whatever we wanted -- hence Bellini. My delivery was not a rush. (I don't remember 4yrs ago). I have never had a problem with this furniture and have not tried to contact customer service. I do know that the furniture is built in Italy and shipped to the US by special order. Also, all of the Bellini stores are independently owned and each store may give different service. Overall I am very happy I bought this furniture. It is now being used by my second daughter and is still in beautiful shape.

Pros: Alex Crib - Safe, Beautiful, and functional
Cons: Limited colors, long wait

Luckily we had a great experience in the new Bellini Baby Boutique in Lehigh Valley PA. We ordered our crib and changer when they first opened in Oct and received the delivery when promised in December. The Alex Crib converts to a day bed and then turns into a headboard for a full size bed. The price of $795 is not cheap, but compared to Bratt Decor and a few others, it was not badly priced. The changer is very functional too. It seems that it all depends which Bellini franchise you are dealing with, so do your homework first, as it seems that some of the other reviews were not as good as ours. The ladies in the Pa store were very helfpul and I would definitely buy here again.

Pros: Safety and crib features is most important
Cons: Higher priced than some other brands

We just received our Vanessa crib and changer from Bellini and could not be happier. It is very nice quality and the price is not as high as I had originally thought, especially after comparing it to a few other brands. We did receive the furniture as promised (10-16 weeks), which is a long time, but worth the wait. Luckily, we ordered it early. I hope to add some furniture pieces in the future.

Pros: exceeds jpma qualifications and is very nice furniture
Cons: too expensive and stain on wood already chipped

my parents and in-laws bought the me the isabella crib and jessica dresser and changing table which i love. i love that the changing table is high enough that i dont have to hurt my back and i can have my daughter laying facing me instead of sideways. the only con about that is you have to buy their changing pad cover since its an odd size( and they are pricey) . dont let them convince you to buy their mattress. other mattresses will fit with their crib.

overall i love the furniture but probably wont buy from them again since they are so pricey.

Pros: Ease of use, attractive, durable
Cons: Price if you're buying new -- we bought second-hand!

We have a Bellini Annie crib in natural pine (paid $200 second-hand from a friend, including the crib mattress!) and a Bellini changing table top which fits onto a dresser ($80 on Ebay including changing table pad and covers). Both are of excellent quality, beautifully-made and functional at the same time. I doubt we'd have paid the $1000 full price for the crib and $300 for the changing table add-on, but on hindsight, it would be worth it! The crib sides drop and lift smoothly, the wheels are silent and the mattress is firm and comfortable for our baby even though it's been used by our friends' child for 4 years! I love that this can become a toddler bed and used till she is 5. And the changing table extension is terrific -- we can change the baby facing us, and it has plenty of room for the baby and things to distract her! :-) I much prefer it to the sideways changing tables, and this saves us space in our small apt.
