Pros: Some products are decent
Cons: No Corporate Office to Contact

We bought a Bellini crib, dresser, and armoire in August 2005 from Bellini in Carlsbad, CA (which has gone out of business). In April, the dresser top began to split at the seams. We contacted the store and were told that we would receive a replacement. In May, we went to the store and were told that they wouldn't be able to do anything about it since they were closing down. They recommended the Santa Monica store. We contacted the Santa Monica store and have been given the runaround for the past 2 months. It is now the end of July and it looks like we are out of luck. There is no Bellini corporate to contact and each store is independently owned and operated. I would not recommend Bellini under any circumstances.

Pros: Beautiful Crib
Cons: Very Expensive

As a first time mom, the Danny crib was the crib that I fell in love with. Despite the cost which was nearly $1000 with delivery and tax, I bought the crib. My son is now 6 months old and I will say it wasn't worth the money.

Do I love the crib. I do. I still think it is one of the most beautiful cribs that I have seen but I only think about that when I look at the crib which is rarely. What I look at is the smiling or screaming little person inside of the crib. When a crib has the linens and bumpers and everything else on them then it really become irrelevant how ornate and pretty the crib is.

I had one issue with the crib one of the wheels wouldn't roll and the Bellini store sent someone out the next day to fix the problem. Hopefully, I will have another child and who can use the crib but if I could take it back I would have bought a crib that was half the cost.

Pros: beautiful furniture
Cons: terrible construction

You would think if someone spent $5000 on a 4 peice nursery set, the drawers should at least be dovetailed and glide easily. The drawers don't glide easily. The crib side rail require two hands to put it down- come on it's made in the 21st century, everyone knows holding a baby requires one of those hands.

Fortunately for us, we were the happy recipients of this furniture through craigslist for only $1000. It is gorgeous, but can't believe anyone would spent full price on this stuff.

Beautiful crib that meets all my requirements but could use some better 2-way communication, May 20, 2009

Pros: Beautiful crib, knowledgeable staff and no hassels
Cons: Needs better communication

I really wanted a sleigh crib but also wanted a drop side crib as I am only 5'4" and sort of wanted a convertible crib but that was not a necessity. I found a crib with all of these options at Bellini right before giving up. I liked the staff, loved the crib and bought it on sight. The crib was already in stock so I didn't have to wait for it to be shipped however the store did not call me to let me know when it reached the store from the warehouse. I had to call the store to find out. This is not a big deal but bc the store is small they will only hold the crib for less than 7 days and I almost missed my pick up window before it went back to the warehouse. Also, I had to have my husband and brother meet me at the store to pick up the crib because they did not have anyone that could help with the lifting. My husband got the crib up easily enough and it is a beautiful addition to our nursery.

Pros: none
Cons: This furnitire falls apart, and is poorly made.

We spent 3650 on furniture for our daughters room. The Alexander crib is Basically a flat pack crib, like ikea. Hex nuts, particle board, junk. Doesnt work correctly, and convert this to trash. The Dresser to match is peeling its finish, and the legs fell off the bottom, as it fell on my foot. The glider has material on it that is so thin, that if you look at it it rips, this is shit furniture, and I hope they soon go out of business. They should be called bologna furniture.
