I bought the Wendy Bellissimo VINTAGE FIRE TRUCK set around the time it was being discontinued, at BRU. I actually bought the set for $180.00 versus the $250 it cost originally because they were having a sale due to it being discontinued. I also got the accessories (which were on sale as well) receiving blanket, mobile, peg shelf, changing pad cover, wall art, picture frame, window valance with the sheer star panels, table clock, lamp and hamper. If they weren't on sale I don't think I would have bought them due to the fact that every thing is pretty expensive. I love the fact that once my baby is done with using a crib I will probably get him a fire truck toddler bed and these accessories will be used well beyond his baby years, so basically the only thing I will need to change in his room is his crib once he's old enough for a bed because the accessories aren't too cutesy or babyish. The bumpers are four individual ones and are also slipcovered for easy washing which is a great plus. I also love the colors, which are suede brown, green gingham, red gingham, blue, and cream colored chenille. I have washed the whole set once and it looks great, the material is pretty strong. My baby actually looks at the firetruck and tries to grab it while he's lying in his crib which is really cute. We bought the Jardine antique single crib in walnut, and the bedding set looks gorgeous with this crib. Also the blanket that comes with the set is wonderful my baby loves snuggling against it. As already stated, Wendy Bellissimo stuff is pretty overpriced compared to other sets out there, but I can't really complain because I got a great deal with my set and accessories. I am also hoping to get the nursery rug that comes with the set to complete his nursey.
