Order terms: privacy, payment options, cancellations, foreign orders.
Please read this page BEFORE ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms

Privacy. The information we request on our order form will be used solely for fulfilling your order and will not be passed on or sold to any third party. Period. Your order is transmitted to us via our SECURE server to ensure your information is safe guarded. Read more about our privacy policy.

Payment options. You can pay for your order online with any major credit card (Mastercard, VISA, Discover or American Express). Or you can send us a check for payment (this form will create an invoice you can print to send in with your order). Or you can FAX us your credit card info on an invoice generated by this page. Or call us 800-888-0385 if you want to skip this whole 'net thing.

Cancellations. You can cancel your order provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If there is some problem with an order or you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. If you do not receive a confirmation screen, your order may still have been submitted. You will receive an email confirmation from us after the order is placed. Once an order is shipped, you can return it to us (see below).

Returns. We accept returns for orders from 30 days of date of delivery. Sorry, we do not pay return shipping (unless there is an error in the order that was our fault).

Foreign orders. Our order form charges a $10 fee per book for shipping for foreign orders. This is an estimate---we will contact you if the actual shipping charges are more than that to get your approval before shipment. Orders shipped to foreign countries go via Global Priority Mail. If you prefer another shipping method, please let us know. Sorry, due to the uncertain nature of other countries' postal systems, we can not guarantee the shipment of any books to a foreign address. There are no refunds on foreign orders.
