Pros:
Ease of use, attractive, durable
Cons:
Price if you're buying new -- we bought second-hand!

We have a Bellini Annie crib in natural pine (paid $200 second-hand from a friend, including the crib mattress!) and a Bellini changing table top which fits onto a dresser ($80 on Ebay including changing table pad and covers). Both are of excellent quality, beautifully-made and functional at the same time. I doubt we'd have paid the $1000 full price for the crib and $300 for the changing table add-on, but on hindsight, it would be worth it! The crib sides drop and lift smoothly, the wheels are silent and the mattress is firm and comfortable for our baby even though it's been used by our friends' child for 4 years! I love that this can become a toddler bed and used till she is 5. And the changing table extension is terrific -- we can change the baby facing us, and it has plenty of room for the baby and things to distract her! :-) I much prefer it to the sideways changing tables, and this saves us space in our small apt.
