Pros: the design, handling, comfort for baby, rugged-ness
Cons: two part disassembly

Our DD's grandparents bought this stroller for us and we have LOVED every minute of it. We walk around town a lot and the wheels are wonderful for both grassy and paved terrain. The stroller handles beautifully and turns on a dime. We have had no trouble navigating small aisles in malls to the ups and downs of curbs in our downtown city. In fact, I think we have an easier time than other families with those bulky "travel-system" type strollers.

My husband and I are very different heights, and we love the adjustable hand-height - he NEVER has to lean over (and he has back problems, so leaning over would be way too uncomfortable for him).

Our DD finds the stroller very comfortable and regularly falls asleep in it for long periods. We have traveled with the stroller many times using the Bugaboo travel case, and it has always been very well-protected, although once the airline security people broke the zipper on the bag (which I have had happen even with my Samsonite luggage from time to time with the rough airline security people). The Cameleon has always been untouched.

Carrying this stroller around in the carry bag can be bulky, but we have very much enjoyed the benefits of the stroller in our travels and at home with the bulk being the main disadvantage. I have an SUV, so loading the stroller disassembled into the back is easy, and reassembling it is easy as well and I don't have to bend over (since the back of the car is elevated).

We also love the great sunshade and rain cover, and the fact that the stroller handle can flip around easily to have our DD facing us or facing away easily.
