Pros:
Crib quality & furniture finish & construction is 1st rate
Cons:
PALI is a little more expensive,but well worth it longterm

We searched all over for our nursery furniture and finally decided that the quality of what the big stores were offering was not what we wanted for our baby. We were
considering a few different manufactures,but decided on PALI because of their reputation and georgous styles.
We bought a Caterina convertible crib in distressed white with the 6000 series combo and 5 drawer chest in distressed white. We paid $749 for the crib and around $1800 combined for the 2 dressers with the idea that the long term use of this quality of furniture is worth it.
with quality like PALI , we beleive our daughter will be able to use the furniture through her teens and hopefully into college. The product was not in stock and took about 6 weeks to arrive to the store. It arrived in perfect condition
and was delivered within one week by the store. We are so happy with our choice of PALI. I was concerned when I read a negative review about customer service, so I called PALI's toll free number and spoke to Coletta, she is not the only customer service rep at PALI, there are 2 additional reps Vanessa & Carla, Coletta just seems to have the most experience dealing with the consumer. She explained to me, that in the past many service issues had to be handled through PALI's factory in Italy which created long delays.Today all parts, hardware and all products are now in stock in PALI's North American Distribution Center in Montreal, Canada and can be delivered to the consumer or retailer within just a few weeks. We would highly recommed PALI to our friends and to anyone who would ask. We will diffently be buying PALI for our second child as well. The convertible crib is a great way to go.
