Pros:
Nice, sturdy, modern, well-designed furniture

Customer service is not only bad, its non-existent.

We purchased pali furniture (Novara crib and double dresser) because we were impressed with its design, build quality, and the non-toxic finishes they put on all their pieces. The furniture arrived well packed and was in reasonably good condition -- one of the drawer bottoms has a small crack and the track for the sliding door was somehow bent during transit -- overall, everything still looked and worked fine. Super easy to assemble as well. We figured that we would just contact Pali to get a replacement for the drawer bottom. Additionally, we also noticed that the clear finish on the dresser top was not sealed correctly. When we placed anything rubber/plastic (like a plastic covered changing pad) on the dresser, it seemed to interact with the finish. The surface of the dresser would get sticky and lose its luster....we tried a few different items to make sure it was definitely the dresser -- it was.I contacted Pali by email -- which is the only option they give you -- and explained the situation. No response. I waited 2 weeks and sent another email. No response still a week later. I sent another email...still waiting. Their website promises a response within 48 hours. It has been almost a month and I have yet to hear from them. Bottom line. Pali makes great looking furniture. The crib gets an A+. The grade is still out on their dresser. Just hope that you never need their customer service.
