Pros:
The furniture looks gorgeous!
Cons:
The dresser and bookcase have a serious design flaw. Both are easily tippable with minimal pressure

We ordered the Raggazi Classico 3:1 crib, 6 drawer dresser and the bookcase. All have "ball" style legs that are not positioned correctly to support the furniture's weight. When the bottom drawer of the dresser is pulled out the dresser starts to tip. The book case wobbles when touched. If a toddler were to climb or hang on the bookcase it would fall over immediately. Raggazi won't return any phone calls so we are working with the store we bought it from for a full refund. We shall see if they come through....
I have also submitted a complaint to the CPSC recall review board because we believe the fall hazard is so great! Currently the bookcase is laying on the floor because we don't trust that it won't fall over. In addition to this we were quoted a delivery time of 6-8 weeks. The furniture arrived on the 11 week! Again Raggazi wouldn't return any communication inquires. The samples in the store seemed much better quality then what we received. Whether we got a bad lot or this is a bad company, I wouldn't trust buying any products from them after our experience!!
