Pros: convenient, comfortable, sturdy, safe
Cons: only 2 mattress levels, no place to attached a mobile

I bought a full sized co-sleeper when I was pregnant because I wanted to have my baby close to me but was nervous about having a newborn cosleeping with my hubby and I in our bed. It was one of the best decisions I could have possibly made. The cosleeper is well made, convenient, and very comfortable for my baby. I had a very difficult labor, and when I first came home from the hospital I could barely move. Having the cosleeper next to me made it much easier to take care of my baby. I could just roll over in bed to reach over and soothe her when she fussed, pull her into bed with me to nurse, and change her diaper quickly and easily.

I love that the cosleeper is covered in fabric. Not only do I think that the fabric makes it look nicer, but I don't have to worry about whether my baby will get her leg (or some other body part) stuck between slats like I would with a crib. My little one also loves that the sides are fabric. She is now 9 months old, and we are using the cosleeper with the mattress in the lowest position. For some reason, she just loves squishing her face in the fabric and feeling the sides of the cosleeper.

There are only two improvements that I can think of to make the cosleeper even better. First, because everything is fabric, there is no way to put a mobile on the cosleeper itself. We solved this pretty easily by attaching a mobile to a piece of furniture that we have next to the cosleeper. Second, there are only 2 mattress levels, the one towards the top and the one all the way on the bottom. A 3rd level between those two would be very helpful.

I highly recommend the Arm's Reach Co-sleeper. It was worth every penny.
