Pros:
Furniture is very nice.
Cons:
Ordered product 15 weeks ago and still can't get any information on when it will arrive.

I don't think I have ever experienced customer service this bad before. I've sent emails but they won't go through because the mailbox for customer service is full. We called the number on the website and the one USA Baby gave us - both have a busy signal no matter when you call. We ordered our furniture 15 weeks ago and can't even find out if it is done let alone when it will be delivered. We ordered the furniture through USA Baby and they have been trying as well to get someone to respond. This is just ridiculous. We paid alot of money for that furniture.
