We purchased the regular City Savvy (carolina sky) at babysupermarket.com for $78. In making our decision, it was either going to be this or the car seat carrier--the Combi Flash Ex which retails for $60. I figured for $18 more, might as well get an umbrella stroller out of the deal, as the car seat carrier will be useless once baby moves from her infant car seat to a convertible car seat. I discovered after I had bought the Combi Connection car seat (online, so it was un-returnable) that it was not compatible with any other strollers besides the Combi brand (I tested it out in stores) even though it's supposed to be. Originally, I was going to either get the Zippy or the Pliko P3, but the car seat does not fit in either of those strollers. That said, please do not compare the City Savvy to a full-size stroller like the Zippy, it is really only an umbrella stroller (12 lbs). For what it is, this stroller is great. I can pull it out of the car and snap the car seat in it in seconds; likewise it folds up quickly and goes back in the car. While shopping, the stroller is narrow enough to fit through many aisles and tight spots, and maneuvers easily. It bugs me that the basket is so small and useless and there are no cushy features like plush seating or cup holders, but having paid so little I didn't expect much. It does fine outdoors, but seems to produce a pretty bumpy ride, and I am not counting on the wheels to hold up for lots of outdoor walks. I am planning on getting an urban terrain 3-wheeler for walks, and will keep this stroller for when baby is a little older and we can use it as an umbrella stroller. If you needed to carry around a stroller (at a festival or zoo or in the city) this would work great, the carrying strap is convenient.Overall, DO NOT get this stroller if you want a full-featured stroller like the Zippy or Pliko P3 or Quattro Tour. DO get it if you need a cheap but decent quality umbrella stroller or if you are planning on purchasing the Connection car seat.
