Pros:
One handed push! Super light, quick fold and a carry strap.
Cons:
Extremely tippy, basket is small and hard to get to.

For an economical, errand stroller, the Volo is a good choice. However, I would not buy it as a mall stroller, or for my only stroller. It pushes and steers very nicely with a small child <20 lbs. When you hit 20+Lbs., the steering gets difficult.
My main complaint about the Volo is that you can't hang a diaper bag, heck you can't really hang anything on it. If you do, the whole stroller tips over. The basket is tiny, and hard to get to when baby is seated. The Volo works well for quick trips and is a great airport stroller. I think the Volo has a short life, babies can't really sit in it until about 5 months. Thankfully, Maclaren put in a 3 point harness, so baby is secure. It doesn't recline, isn't really comfortable for a baby, but it does it's job as a quick errand stroller.
